do i have to use all tracify components to enjoy the full tracify experience?

Not at all. TraciFy is completely modular so it can be with all or some of the different components (Delivery Operations, Fleet Manager, GPS Software, Driver App and Customer Experience), which can also be integrated with any existing systems.


can my customers request pickup or delivery services via tracify?

TraciFy comes with a fully functional web portal to seamlessly capture customers requests. Each registered logistics company will have its web portal automatically created and customized with its name, logo and domain which can be shared with customers for fast and secure orders. Orders received through this portal are automatically created as tasks and assigned to agents based on business rules set by the company.


how can tracify reduce road accidents and ensure safe deliveries?

TraciFy allows logistics companies set their safety policies and standards. For instance, you can set speed limits, driving hours, etc and the system automatically generates and send violation reports to designated personnel for review and necessary action based on the company policies.


we have large number of 3pl partners working for us, how can we use tracify to manage them?

With TraciFy, all of your 3PL partner fleets will be on a single platform making it very easy to communicate with all drivers via push notification. You can set and monitor compliance with company policies and have a bird eye view of your entire distribution ecosystem. All existing partner systems can be integrated into TraciFy platform and there is no need incurring additional hardware/software costs.


what brand of gps tracking devices can tracify integrate?

TraciFy can integrate any brand of GPS device in the market making it easy to use existing systems and devices to save huge cost of replacement.

can i customize my logo?

Certainly. This means that instead of a generic logo, your customers will see your custom logo icon on the map after they open the link they receive in the SMS message. This is only one of the options available to customize what your customers see during their delivery experience


should drivers be worried about privacy issues?

There is absolutely no reason for drivers to be concerned regarding this issue since TraciFy relies on strict privacy protections. We do not collect any data that is not related to deliveries, and we do not track any activity while a driver is off duty. The system only saves the data needed to track drivers’ location while they are on duty. There is no other reason or use for which we keep drivers data. Drivers should also keep in mind that they cannot be tracked either by dispatch or by customers once they are off duty. They should therefore go online only when they're on duty.


can customers track the drivers after the delivery is over?

They have no way to do that. Once a driver completes a task and hits the ‘complete delivery’ button, location data is no longer available to the customer. If a customer tries to refresh the link they received in the SMS message, all they will see is a rating screen asking them to provide feedback on the quality of service they received


my phone is for both personal and business. how will i guaranty tracify isn't accessing my personal information?

We collect no personal data other than what is required for work purposes. Our number one goal is to make using TraciFy as easy to use as possible, while keeping to the strictest privacy standards.
A mobile device running TraciFy sends details such as device location, battery status and specific delivery activities to TraciFy server but only when a driver is on-duty. While off duty TraciFy does not collect any data. You can check out our privacy policy for more details.


tracify seems to be consuming battery power. what's up with that?

Just like any other app, the Tracify driver app runs in your phone’s background once you open it and consumes some of the battery for normal operations. In order to provide the great customer experience TraciFy offers – allowing customers to track the driver’s progress – our app needs to use GPS as well. Because of this, our app uses slightly more battery than non-GPS apps. Yet, the difference between these non-GPS apps and our driver app, in terms of battery consumption, is minimal. We are able to make this happen by optimizing the battery usage.


can i use tracify anywhere in the world?

TraciFy is available wherever there is Internet access. The platform can be easily translated into any language.


i dont have my own drivers, can i still use tracify?

Sure, our platform supports any type of delivery setup you may have – your own fleet, a 3rd party fleet, a crowdsourced fleet, or any combination of these. Whatever solution works best for you, TraciFy coordinates your deliveries according to multiple parameters to ensure optimal efficiency.


how long does it take to start using tracify?

You can start working with the system as soon as you complete the set up process - typically in minutes. We recommend testing the system on our demo account before going live at full scale to make sure that everyone is comfortable using the dashboard and apps.


can tracify integrate with my existing systemS?

The various TraciFy modules can be integrated with existing systems via our SDKs and APIs. Our systems are fully customizable and can be white labelled
